Judging Process

After all applications are submitted. A selection committee of Vision FW members will be comprised to evaluate the entries and select a group of finalists. This same group of members will also reconvene to select the award winners.

Each finalist must have their current young professionals complete an employee satisfaction survey on their behalf. These anonymous surveys are required for any award consideration and information sumbitted will be confidential.
